18 years of experience in innovation
I develop new products ands services since 1992. I’ve seen the whole innovation spectrum while developing products myself: from inventing a new product and/or service, the total development of a product including productions machines, the global protection with patents, till introducing a product on the European market. As a result of my extended knowledge and experience I combine the skills of a generalist with the view in detail of a professionnal developer. As a generalist I can quickly get to the core of the presented problem and with my professional knowledge of technology and innovation I provide an adequate solution.
My vision on technology and innovation
For me all technologies are basically the same: straight, clear and consistent. This means that for me the technology of an living organism is the same as the technology of a floor heating product, an ambulance or an automation issue. I see innovation as standing in front of a big vault without knowing the combination. Once you know the combination the door will open. If you do not know the combination, you will have to find it. If you don’t or take the wrong decisions, this immediately results in higher costs and a longer development time. I am capable of finding the right combination in a short time. Innovation means making maximum use of existing technologies and tested resources in order to develop a new product and/or service. In the past eighteen years I have seen most production and technology processes. My fortune is that I can combine this knowledge and experience endlessly and thus offer developers new views and answers. In many cases the solution is than quickly found. You, as a client, have the choice to either solve it yourself or to do so with the help of a technology supplier and/or a development partner.
The benefit of cost reduction
Innovation takes time and costs money. Hiring Joint Innovation often implies a drastic reduction of the foreseen time span and allows a maximum cut down of budgets.
